One Fund® To Simplify Investing

I've noticed over the years that my friends and family often struggle with how to invest their money. The sheer number of mutual funds and investment options out there seems daunting.

They want a decent return on their money, don't want to do anything too risky and are wondering what investments are right for them. They see the economy and stock market going up and down and wonder if they will ever achieve their financial goals.

Investing. Simplified.

So we are launching One Fund to simplify investing for people and to help them make better investment decisions.

Investors in One Fund will receive professional money management with the goal of growing their investment substantially over the long haul.

One Fund And You're Done™

The Fund's approach simplifies the investment process, focusing on putting everything someone may need for investment growth into a single fund. This includes global diversification, asset allocation and investment selection with the goal of maximizing after-tax returns while mitigating risk. For investors seeking long term growth of their money, they can buy One Fund and be done.

The Fund follows my personal investment philosophy that's based on the time-honored conservative principles of buying and holding stocks in low cost index funds that represent the major markets around the world. See Investment Approach.

I've Got Skin In The Game

One Fund will be available to anyone with any amount of money to invest. All you need is a brokerage account. See How To Buy. I'm investing most of my own money in the Fund as well – so I have skin in the game right along side other investors.

Not For Everyone

One important note - One Fund is for money that you hope to grow over the long haul. Since we will typically invest 100% in stocks, which can go up and down a lot more in the short term, you may only want to invest money that you won't need for a while. See Is It Right For You?

Feel free to contact us with any questions and watch for our launch announcement in the coming days.

Before investing you should carefully consider the Fund’s investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses. This and other information is in the prospectus. Please read the prospectus carefully before you invest.

An investment in the Fund is subject to risk, including the possible loss of principal amount invested. Other Fund risks include asset allocation risk, foreign securities and currency risk, emerging markets risk, small-cap, mid-cap and large-cap risk, trading risk, and turnover risk that can increase Fund expenses and may decrease Fund performance. The Fund is, also, subject to the risks, which can result in higher volatility, associated with the underlying ETFs that comprise this “fund of funds”. Newly organized, actively managed Funds have no trading history and there can be no assurance that active trading markets will be developed or maintained. Brokerage costs will reduce returns. When the Fund invests in Underlying ETFs, in addition to directly bearing the expenses associated with its own operations, it will bear a pro rata portion of the Underlying ETFs’ expenses (including operating costs and management fees). Consequently, an investment in the Fund entails more direct and indirect expenses than a direct investment in the Underlying ETF.
